Pass CBT lets you practise JAMB and WAEC past questions on a timed computer-based test, see your corrections and track your progress. Pass is not run by, or connected to, JAMB, WAEC or NECO. Your results on Pass are practice results only and are not official.

• Give us true details when you sign up, and keep them up to date.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens on your account.
• One account per person. Do not share an account, and do not open extra accounts to get more points or prizes.
• If you are under 18, your parent or guardian should know you use Pass and should agree before you buy a plan.
• Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using your account.

Free lets you practise JAMB and WAEC past questions from the years before 2021. Pro adds the years 2021 to 2025. Premium adds everything in Pro, the AI-predicted questions and AI marking of WAEC theory answers. What each plan includes and what it costs is shown on the page where you pay.

• A paid plan lasts one year from the day you pay. If you renew early, the new year is added to the end of the one you have. When the year ends, your account goes back to Free and keeps all your results.
• Plans do not renew on their own. We never take money from you without you paying.
• Payments are taken by our payment partners (Timiun for bank transfer). Any bank charges shown on the payment page are part of the price.
• On a paid plan, the AI exams can be used on one device at a time.
• We may change our prices. A new price only applies to payments made after the change.

Once your plan is switched on, the payment cannot be refunded, because you get the questions straight away. If you paid but your plan did not switch on, you were charged twice, or you were charged the wrong amount, contact us within 30 days with your payment reference. We will switch the plan on or refund you. This does not take away any right you have under Nigerian consumer law.

Practise on my own. Your plan works on one computer at a time. You can move it to a new computer up to 3 times a year from the app. After that, contact us.

CBT centres. A school or centre buys seats and gives each one to a student. These rules apply:

• A seat belongs to one student for one year from the day it is given. It cannot be taken back or given to someone else during that year.
• When the year ends, the centre can renew the seat for the same student.
• To give a seat to a student who already has a Pass account, the centre needs a seat code the student makes on the website. A student can leave a centre from their profile. A seat that was never used goes back to the centre empty; a seat that was used is spent.
• If a seat was given to the wrong person by mistake and has never been used, contact us and we will look into it. We fix spelling mistakes in names on request.
• One centre runs on one computer. To move it to another computer, stop it on the old one, or ask us to free it.
• The centre is responsible for its own computers, network and students, and for getting a parent or guardian's agreement where a student is under 18.

• You earn points by writing exams, by taking part in competitions and when friends join with your link.
• Points have no cash value and cannot be sold or moved to another account.
• Any prize, and how and when winners are chosen and paid, is set out when the competition is announced. Our decision on winners is final.
• If we find cheating, such as extra accounts, someone else writing for you, tools that answer for you, or tampering with the app or its clock, we may remove your points, cancel your entry or prize and close your account.

• Copy, download in bulk, sell or publish Pass questions, answers or explanations.
• Resell access to Pass, unless you are a CBT centre using seats you bought.
• Try to break into Pass, get around a plan or a licence, or interfere with how it works.
• Upload a profile picture or send messages that are rude, harmful or not yours to share.
• Use Pass to break the law.

We work hard to get every question, answer and explanation right, but mistakes happen. If you spot one, tell us and we will fix it. The AI-predicted questions are our guess at what could come out; they are not leaked or official questions. AI marking of theory answers is a guide to help you improve, and can be wrong.

The Pass website, apps, design, explanations and the way the questions are put together belong to CloudNotte Limited. Past exam questions remain the property of the exam bodies that set them.

We try to keep Pass running all the time, but it may sometimes be slow or down for repairs, upgrades or problems outside our control, such as internet or power failures. We may change, add or remove features. If we stop offering a paid plan before its year is over, we will offer you something of the same value or refund the unused part.

You can ask us to close your account at any time. We may pause or close an account that breaks these terms. If we close a paid account for cheating or misuse, the payment is not refunded.

Pass is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, CloudNotte Limited is not responsible for exam results, admission decisions, or any loss that comes from using or not being able to use Pass. If we are found responsible for a loss, the most we will pay is what you paid us in the 12 months before it happened. Nothing here limits a responsibility that Nigerian law does not allow us to limit.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. If you have a complaint, contact us first so we can try to put it right. If we cannot agree, the dispute will be handled by the courts of Nigeria.

We may update these terms. When we do, we will change the date at the top, and tell you on the website or by message if a change is big. Using Pass after a change means you accept the new terms.
