Run your own JAMB and WAEC CBT centre
For schools, tutorial centres, ICT centres and cyber cafés. All you need is one computer and a Wi-Fi or LAN network. Students write timed JAMB and WAEC practice exams on their phones or computers, without internet. It costs ₦1,600 per student for a whole year.
How it works
You can set it up in an afternoon. If you get stuck, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll walk you through it.
What you need
- One computer: Windows 10 or 11, or a Mac with macOS 11 or newer.
- A Wi-Fi router or a LAN. It doesn’t need internet during exams.
- Your students’ phones, or the lab’s other computers.
- Internet about once a month, so scores reach students’ phones.
1
Put Pass on one computer
Download the Pass CBT app onto a computer at your school or centre, sign in, and type your centre’s name, state and phone number. That computer is now your CBT centre. It downloads all the questions once.
2
Pay for your students
You pay once a year for each student. Pay by bank transfer or card inside the app.
3
Add your students
Type in each student’s name. Pass makes them an account and gives you a slip for each one with their username and password. Students who already use Pass just tell you their code from their profile page.
4
Students write their JAMB and WAEC exams
Students connect their phones, or the lab’s other computers, to your Wi-Fi or LAN and open Pass in the browser. They don’t need internet or any app. You see every score on your computer.
Why centres choose Pass
Students don’t need internet.
Exams run on your own Wi-Fi or LAN, so a whole room can write without internet. It works the same in a town with a weak network.
It feels like the real exam.
JAMB practice runs two hours with 60 English questions and 40 for each other subject, marked out of 400. WAEC practice is subject by subject, marked the WAEC way.
You don’t need more computers.
Students can write on their own phones. If your lab has other computers, they can use those as well.
They keep practising at home.
Every student you pay for gets a year of Pass on their phone, and the exams they write at your centre show up there too.
Parents get what they paid for.
Once a student is added, that year is theirs. It can’t be passed on to someone else.
Real questions, plus a look ahead.
Real JAMB and WAEC past questions. Practice + AI adds our AI predicted 2027 JAMB questions.
Hold mock exams and competitions
Set one exam for a class, a group or everyone at your centre. Each student writes it once, and the ranking fills in as they finish. Put it on the projector while they write, then print it for the notice board.
Use it for weekly JAMB and WAEC mocks, inter-class challenges, open competitions and prize days.
What it costs
The app is free. You only pay for your students, once a year. There is no setup fee and no charge per computer.

Churches, mosques and community groups helping young people prepare.
It works anywhere in Nigeria, from Lagos, Abuja and Port Harcourt to Kano, Enugu and Ibadan, including towns where internet is expensive or poor, because students write their exams on your Wi-Fi or LAN.
Common questions
What is a Pass CBT centre?
It is a way for a school, tutorial centre, ICT centre or cyber café to give students real JAMB and WAEC CBT practice using one computer. Students write timed past-question exams on that computer or on their own phones through your Wi-Fi or LAN, without internet.
Do we need internet?
Only sometimes. You need internet to download the app and the questions, and to pay. Students don’t need internet to write exams. The computer should go online at least once a month so Pass can send your students’ scores to their accounts.
What computer do we need?
One computer running Windows 10 or 11, or a Mac running macOS 11 or newer. Your students can use any phone, tablet or computer that has a web browser. Nothing is installed on their devices.
How much does it cost?
The app is free. You pay ₦1,600 per student for a year of Practice, or ₦3,000 per student for Practice + AI, which adds the AI predicted questions. You can move a student up to Practice + AI later by paying the difference.
How many students can write at the same time?
You can pay for as many students as you like. How many can write at the same moment mostly depends on your Wi-Fi router or network, because every student connects through it.
What does each student get?
A full year of Pass, at your centre and on their own phone at home on pass.cloudnotte.com. Practice is the same as the Pro plan and Practice + AI is the same as Premium. Exams they write at your centre also show up on their phone.
Is it like the real JAMB and WAEC exams?
Yes, for both. JAMB practice runs for two hours with 60 Use of English questions and 40 questions in each of the other three subjects, marked out of 400, the way JAMB does it. WAEC practice uses real WAEC past questions, subject by subject, marked the way WAEC marks them.
Do students need their own Pass account?
Yes, and you can make it for them. Type in their name and you get a slip with their username and password to hand them. If a student already uses Pass, they give you the code on their profile page, so nobody is added without knowing.
Can we give a student’s place to someone else?
No. Once you add a student, that year belongs to them, so parents who paid get what they paid for. If you spelt a name wrongly, or added the wrong student and they haven’t used it yet, our support team will fix it.
Can we hold competitions?
Yes. Set one exam for a class, a group or everyone at your centre. Each student writes it once, and the ranking fills in as they finish. You can show it on a projector or print it for the notice board.
Who can open a CBT centre?
Secondary schools, ICT centres, cyber cafés, business centres, tutorial and lesson centres, JAMB and WAEC coaching classes, churches, mosques and community groups anywhere in Nigeria. If you have one computer and a Wi-Fi router or LAN, you can start.
